ThinkSmart Limited today announced it has opened operations in New Zealand.

The business commenced trade, writing its first customer agreement through JB Hi-Fi’s Manukau store this morning.

ThinkSmart will initially trade with JB Hi-FI’s four stores in New Zealand prior to a planned expansion into the Hill & Stewart chain.  It is also exploring other opportunities within the region.

Commenting in the expansion, ThinkSmart Managing Director and CEO, Ned Montarello, said
“Expansion into the New Zealand market enables us to further leverage our Australian operations centre within the region, emulating the model we operate around our UK based call centre for servicing the wider European market.”

“We’re pleased to be able to continue to support JB Hi-Fi’s growth within the region.”
