Further to ThinkSmart’s release on 28 March advising the appointment of Alistair Stevens as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer the Company advises that Jan Ferreira resigned from these roles at the same date.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Jan for his 4 years of service and wish him well in his future endeavours
