ThinkSmart Limited (ASX:TSM) is pleased to announce the formal appointment today of Mr Neil Hackett as Company Secretary.  Mr Hackett replaces Mr Neil Barker who has stepped down from his role as Company Secretary.

Mr Hackett is currently director and company secretary of ASX listed entities and holds a Bachelor of Economics, Fellow FINSIA and Graduate (Order of Merit) with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Barker for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
