ThinkSmart Limited is pleased to announce that Keith Jones has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

ThinkSmart Executive Chairman and CEO, Ned Montarello said: “I am delighted that Keith has agreed to join our Board. As foreshadowed at last week’s Annual General Meeting, the addition of a Director of Keith’s calibre will further enhance the Board. With our UK business growing well and exploring expansion opportunities it is an appropriate time to add a second Director based in Europe.”

ThinkSmart recently reaffirmed guidance for a full year profit for the 2013 year.

Biography: Keith Jones

Keith Jones has 30 years of retail experience in Europe including roles as Chief Executive Officer of JJB Sports plc and Group Retail Director of Dixons Retail plc. At Dixons, Keith was a member of the Group Executive Committee with direct responsibility for all UK and Ireland fascias including PC World and Currys. Previously he was Managing Director of PC World Stores Group with responsibility for stores in the UK, Spain, France, Italy and Nordics in addition to Group Service Operations. Keith has a MBA from Manchester Business School.
