28 Jun ThinkSmart Secures New Agreement With Officeworks
ThinkSmart Limited (ASX:TSM) today announced it has secured a new three year agreement with the Coles Group’s Officeworks chain for the provision of its RentSmart I.T. rental finance product.
The agreement, which commences 1 July 2007, encompasses the Officeworks and Harris Technology brands.

“This new agreement provides a solid platform for the continued growth of ThinkSmart’s innovative finance solutions with the Officeworks chain.”
ThinkSmart did not include business from the Officeworks chain in its prospectus forecasts from 1 September 2007 onwards. In the year to December 2006 Officeworks and Harris Technology accounted for $6.5m of ThinkSmart’s total settled value of $55.0m.
