ThinkSmart Limited (ASX:TSM), is pleased to announce that Nancy Fox will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

ThinkSmart Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr Ned Montarello, said: “I am delighted that Nancy has agreed to join our Board. Nancy’s wealth of global financial markets experience will add value and compliment our current Board.”

Nancy Fox has over 30 years of financial services and insurance industry experience, including over 10 years board experience on financial institution, infrastructure and not-for-profit boards.

ThinkSmart announced an increased profit in their August half year results and reaffirmed its growth guidance.
