The Directors of ThinkSmart Limited (the Company) wish to announce the resignation of Ms Nancy Fox from her position as a Director of the Company due to her other commitments.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Fox for her commitment and contribution to the Company during her tenure. Her resignation is effective from 18 March 2013
